High-Performance Testing Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned specialist to lead performance and endurance testing, ensuring software systems operate optimally under various load conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and scripts for performance and endurance testing.
  • Execute thorough load, stress, and endurance tests using industry-leading tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Blazemeter.
  • Conduct exploratory testing for new features in agile environments, identifying potential issues before they impact the system.
Analysis & Optimization:
  • Maintain close monitoring of system performance and analyze test results to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Publish detailed performance reports, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance system performance through strategic tuning and adjustments.
Technical Expertise:
  • Develop and maintain high-performance testing frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for seamless automation.
  • Leverage performance monitoring tools and create custom scripts for efficient automation and analysis.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and architects to ensure alignment with performance objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and leader within agile teams, driving performance excellence.
