Job Title

Become a Business Development Executive and thrive in our dynamic sales environment, where you will develop and execute integrated branded-content and sponsorship solutions for B2B and enterprise clients.

This single role is open to candidates from either a B2B events / sponsorship background or a B2B media / branded-content background. The right candidate will combine commercial instincts with curiosity about content, data and insights.

About the Role
  • Originate, qualify and convert business opportunities across branded content, sponsored editorial, whitepapers and live activations.
  • Design integrated marketing packages combining editorial, digital amplification and on-ground activation.
  • Prepare relevant proposals and lead negotiations and close deals.
  • Collaborate with creative and editorial teams to create impactful plans.
  • Own client relationships end-to-end — from briefs to structuring solutions.
  • Maintain market and competitor awareness; contribute to product and pricing evolution.
Requirements
  • 4–8 years of corporate sales experience in either B2B events/sponsorships or B2B media/branded content.
  • Demonstrable track record of closing revenue-generating deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft concise, persuasive proposals and presentations.
  • High curiosity, coachability and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders under deadlines.
