Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Professional to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and requirements, and offering them our products and services that meet their needs.
  2. Identify Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to increase revenue by cross-selling and upselling our products and services to existing customers.
  3. Manage Customer Queries and Complaints: Manage customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing: A bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing is required.
  2. Proven Experience in Customer-Facing Role: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of achieving customer satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service.
  3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  4. Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  5. Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
