Compensation Consultant Opportunity

  • We are seeking a senior consultant with 3 to 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application.
Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Oracle Cloud Compensation application enhancements and business process analysis configuration validation system integration and deployment. They will be responsible for end-to-end implementation and execution of Annual Workforce Compensation plan for multiple countries, working closely with technical teams to modify formulas or SQLs based on country-specific requirements.

  • The successful candidate will resolve issues identified during Continuous Readiness Process (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), as well as provide support on Workforce Analytics related issues.
  • The Compensation Consultant will work closely with the data team to ensure accurate employee data is loaded in the correct UDTs or External tables.

  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation application implementation
  • Strong background in business process analysis and configuration validation
  • Ability to work with technical teams and modify formulas or SQLs
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
