Job Title:

Medical Education Lead - Asia Pacific


Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical education, training or medical aesthetics with a proven track record of leading scientific education initiatives for healthcare professionals in the Asia Pacific region.

This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a blend of science, strategy and people management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for medical education in the different therapeutic areas, managing clinical specialists and medical educators to strengthen engagement with doctors, clinics and internal teams.

The role also involves overseeing training programs, events and compliance-driven initiatives while driving cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, HR and Medical Affairs teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a strategic plan of Medical Education in the different therapeutic areas
  • Development and distribution of scientific and clinical material
  • Advancement and implementation of a trainer development program
  • Measuring effectiveness of the program
  • Maintain current knowledge of current and future products
  • Support in key initiatives for patient and physician programs

Requirements:

  • Strong people manager with experience handling multi-level teams
  • Proven track record in medical education, training or medical aesthetics
  • Background in dermatology or medical devices preferred
  • Exposure to external stakeholder management including aesthetic clinics
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, campaigns and event management
  • Process orientation and compliance management
  • Ability to build and motivate teams, maintain morale and develop talent
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with HCPs and internal functions
  • Strategic mindset to scale the company's impact and support commercial growth
