We require an experienced professional with 10+ years of IT infrastructure or technical support experience, possessing strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of JAMF, AVD, MDM, and virtual desktop infrastructure, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting and innovation.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record of managing remote desktops
  • Strong understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune)
  • Experience working with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN
  • Ability to manage complex technical environments
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills
