SAP IS-U FI-CA Job Description:

The primary focus of this position is to support the SAP IS-U FI-CA application for the customer by providing resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs and KPIs.

This role ensures all related incidents and issues are appropriately recorded and reviewed during weekly status meetings (or sooner) to ensure timely resolution. Any issue impacting schedule, quality, scope, or cost should be recorded.

The job involves interacting with stakeholders and other streams to understand business requirements, coordinating with offshore teams to ensure project delivery timelines, designing and implementing complex requirements, resource planning, and estimating developments.

The specialist will also coordinate work with the Business IT team and onsite-offshore team, define objectives and development plans, analyze, solve, and correct issues in real-time, provide problem resolution end-to-end, continuously improve and automate business processes, track issues, and document changes.

Troubleshooting technical issues, identifying modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements, sharing domain and technical expertise, and providing technical mentorship and cross-training to peers and team members.

Required Skills:

  • 5-8 years of experience in SAP FI-CA module, including debugging
  • In-depth experience in Support activities (Incidents, Service Requests, and Enhancements)
  • Experience in customer-facing projects
  • Ability to mine new opportunities and design/build custom function modules
  • Capability of finding automation opportunities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, leadership, and teambuilding skills
  • English language skills required (min B2 level)
  • German language skills as an added advantage
