About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume a key position in our organization, responsible for designing and configuring Vistex modules.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Configuration: Develop and implement effective Vistex solutions that meet complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks requirements within SAP.
  • Process Expertise: Apply Vistex best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Vistex solutions with other SAP modules, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.
  • Client Guidance & Support: Provide expert guidance and support to clients, leading workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Documentation & Testing: Create comprehensive blueprints, design specifications, and manage the entire testing cycle, including unit tests and defect management.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution.

Required Skills & Experience:

Vistex Proficiency: In-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.

SAP SD Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and an understanding of its integration with Vistex.

Business Acumen: Solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.

Technical Skills: Ability to perform configuration, and possibly minor developments or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.
