Senior SAP ABAP Consultant

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP expert to design, develop and implement custom SAP solutions in support of business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, testing and maintaining SAP programs, enhancements, reports and interfaces. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing high-quality SAP ABAP programs, enhancements, reports and interfaces.
  • Working on RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
  • Collaborating with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimizing and improving existing SAP applications for performance and scalability.
  • Debugging and resolving issues in SAP standard/custom programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards.
  • Supporting SAP upgrades, migrations and integration projects.
  • Mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical reviews.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should have the following skills and qualifications:
  • 7–10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
  • SAP Core ABAP experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of RICEF objects, BAPIs, BADIs and User Exits.
  • Hands-on experience with ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, AMDPs and OData services.
  • Experience with SAP UI5/Fiori integration (desired).
  • Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
  • Good understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, PP etc.) and their integration points.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
