Job Title: Soft Skills Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver engaging soft skills training programs that cater to the BPO/customer service environment, covering essential skills such as communication, email etiquette, customer handling, conflict resolution, time management, team collaboration, and leadership.
  • Develop tailored new hire induction training and refresher sessions for BPO employees to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Conduct needs assessments through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design relevant training content, role plays, simulations, and case studies that align with business objectives and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to improve employee skills in customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance data.
  • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure training modules meet business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training records and provide regular reports on participation and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and methods. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education or psychology, is required. The selected individual should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
