Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

About Our Company:

We are a digital therapeutics and eLearning platform designed to support early intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodivergent conditions. By leveraging advanced AI capabilities, we provide personalized, adaptive learning pathways that help children acquire cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.

Our Mission:

  • Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to design effective test cases.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Core Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Proficiency in writing test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
