We seek an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, guide performance evaluations, foster a creative work environment, and support people operations as we scale.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • 9 years of experience in recruitment and HR management
  • Resident of Noida or nearby areas
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Ability to build healthy employee relationships and networks

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to exit procedures
  • Recruit relevant profiles through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and consultancies, and follow up with them
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills, with English fluency mandatory
  • Assess skills for junior positions and design job descriptions accordingly
  • Build and maintain relationships with top architecture and design colleges
  • Coordinate campus interviews and other selection activities
  • Stay up-to-date with workforce planning best practices
  • Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
  • Execute annual review procedures and develop strategies to improve engagement
