About this Opportunity:

We're seeking a Product Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping how our products move from concept to customer.

  • Manage the end-to-end process of internal product activation, sourcing via MCP businesses to ensure product availability aligns with category manager selection strategies.
  • Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of PRDs (backend merchandising SKUs) as the internal merchandising layer to ensure product data is mapped and ready for merchandising.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability and stock levels align with merchandising goals, supporting both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Act as the point of contact between category managers, business product management teams, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth product setup and alignment with demand.
  • Seek ways to continuously improve and streamline operational processes to ensure faster value delivery to customers, with an emphasis on reliability and minimizing errors in product setup.

Your Expertise:

  • 3-7 years of experience in product operations, SKU management, or e-commerce merchandising.
  • Proven success working with internal tools like MCP tools, Amazon Seller Central, and fulfillment platforms.
  • Strong experience in managing product data, stock availability, and internal product activation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as category managers, product managers, and fulfillment teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in marketplace dashboards and BI tools.
