Lead Financial Accounting Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to oversee our financial accounting team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strategic planning.

  • Manage financial accounting for various segments with precision and accuracy.
  • Closedown monthly books and provide timely financial reports to senior management.
  • Plan, execute, and close quarterly statutory audits on time, ensuring no audit issues arise.
  • Prepare BS disclosures periodically and guarantee correct financial reporting.
  • Possess strong knowledge of accounting standards and practical experience in applying them.
  • Coordinate closely with finance teams to ensure timely financial closing and reporting.
  • Ensure correct segmental reporting and proper elimination of all group transactions.
  • Review monthly closing checklist thoroughly and ensure all BS items are reviewed periodically.
  • Provide internal financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for closing Parent company and Indian subsidiaries' Financial Statements.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems compliant with government regulations, CARO, and legislations.
  • Verify all financial reports and data for discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely publication of quarterly Financial Statements to the Board.
