We are seeking a meticulous and organized Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial documents.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong mathematical abilities, and exceptional organizational capabilities. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office and experience working with accounting software such as Xero.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Document Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of financial documents and ensure they comply with relevant laws and regulations.">
  • Report Generation: Generate invoices to suppliers and credit amounts to stores based on reports provided by suppliers.">
  • Sales Reports: Run sales/scan reports for the head office and generate invoices in Xero to suppliers.">
  • Monthly Statement Reconciliation: Perform monthly statement/invoice reconciliation.">
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks as required.">
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain important financial reports in ZERO software.">
  • Bookkeeping and File Maintenance: Manage bookkeeping and file maintenance tasks.
