Job Title: Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage our financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide day-to-day administrative support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains accurate financial records, handles company transactions, and supports daily operations.
  • Records all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Performs monthly bank account reconciliations and ensures accuracy of financial data.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Assists with tax preparation and ensures compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Manages invoicing, payment schedules, and ensures timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Supports audits and maintains the company's financial regulations and standards.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Oversight of day-to-day office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and facilities management.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems for physical and electronic records.
  • Serving as a liaison between departments, clients, and external vendors for effective communication.
  • Managing conference meetings, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Providing HR-related support and maintaining employee records.
  • Offering administrative support to senior management as required.
