Accounting and Compliance Expert

Material Depot is seeking a skilled Accounting and Compliance Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records.

  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including financial statement preparation and review, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and other financial functions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified candidate who possesses:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in small-medium sized companies or technology startups.
  • Prior experience working in e-commerce accounting is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and convey complex concepts clearly.
  • A strong problem-solving attitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
