The Head of Information Security will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are protected. This includes safeguarding against internal and external threats, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and developing security awareness programs for employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an information security strategy to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Leading security awareness and training programs to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks across all aspects of operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitoring and analyzing security incidents and breaches, and coordinating incident response activities to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
