Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards for environmental protection.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and develop corrective actions to mitigate risks;
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning, execution, and monitoring phases;
  • Provide training on HSE best practices to employees at all levels within the organization;
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of HSE programs and make recommendations for improvement;

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in environment health safety or related field;
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards for environmental protection;
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HSE management systems;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
