We are seeking a driven and accomplished professional to spearhead business development efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster strategic partnerships with key clients through market visits, personal connections, and data analysis.
- Present product offerings to targeted customers (Distributors, Retailers, Vendors) and negotiate sales agreements.
- Develop and execute initiatives to drive sales growth for retailers and distributors associated with Nykaa Superstore.
- Focus on meeting sales targets and closing deals.
- Compile and report monthly sales numbers and progress updates.
Requirements:
- Completed degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Located in the required city with proximity to the store preferred.
- Fluent in local language and proficient in English communication.
- Personal vehicle is an asset.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated sales expertise.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and proactive approach.
