We are looking for an experienced Business Development Director to lead our national sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer base, and optimizing channel performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer base.
- Lead a national sales team with clear KPIs and targets.
- Establish strong distribution networks and appoint state-wise distributors and stockists.
- Design and implement incentive schemes, secondary sales targets, loyalty programs, and performance tracking.
- Monitor channel performance, collection efficiency, and market penetration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Sales Head/GM Sales in a reputable company (FMCG / Consumer Durable / Sanitaryware industry preferred).
- Proven track record of building channel networks and driving secondary sales.
- Strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills.
