Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to lead our software development efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in DevSecOps, technology roadmap development, and team management to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • DevSecOps Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy, technology roadmap, and tools for aerospace software development.
  • Continuous Software Builds and Integration: Lead and manage continuous software builds, static analysis/security scans, continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Standards: Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards in all software development activities.
  • Team Management and Mentoring: Mentor and coach the team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Role Requirements:

  • Establish Tools and Processes: Establish tools, processes, infrastructure, and technology roadmap for AeroSPS and drive execution actions.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Manage stakeholder relationships, including customers, IT, and internal counterparts, through regular reporting.
  • Risk Management: Lead risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Solution Deployment: Ensure integration and deployment of solutions across various Avionics programs while maintaining customer engagement.
