Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software systems from design inception through to production.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Your strong technical skills and experience in agile methodologies will enable you to drive product feature development and implement best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in Java and other technologies to lead the development of software solutions
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop software solutions that meet those needs
  • Mentor junior developers to help them improve their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that software solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support software development processes
Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and related technologies
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development life cycles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Professional certifications in software development (e.g. Scrum Master)
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure)
