Pilates Instructor Job Opportunity

As a Pilates instructor, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the benefits of Pilates and overall general health benefits of exercise to clients.

  • Client Safety: Ensure that all users are safe to participate in Pilates classes by conducting thorough verbal screenings and advising them on what to do if they have any concerns or injuries.
  • Class Design: Teach Pilates classes for a range of clients, from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, catering to different abilities and needs within a class.
  • One-on-One Sessions: Provide individualized attention to clients through 1-2-1 Pilates sessions, designing programs based on posture types and ability.
  • Client Relations: Create a welcoming environment, engage with clients, and encourage client retention by understanding their goals and building rapport.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough verbal screenings and ensure client safety
  • Teach Pilates classes for various clients and abilities
  • Design one-on-one Pilates programs based on client posture and ability
