Transformational Fitness Coach

We are seeking a dynamic Transformational Fitness Coach to spearhead our clients' fitness journeys. As a certified personal trainer, you will design and deliver personalized training programs that focus on strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance.

Our ideal candidate is technically strong in exercise science and programming, with a clear vision for personal and professional growth. They are passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their best selves, possessing excellent communication and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized training plans based on client assessments and progress monitoring
  • Motivate and educate clients through effective coaching techniques
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness methodologies and integrate new techniques into training programs
  • Collaborate with our team to create holistic wellness solutions
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and progress reporting
  • Prioritize client safety and proper exercise techniques during sessions

Qualifications:

  • Certified Personal Trainer from a recognized institution (K11, IFSI, Prehab, etc.)
  • Fresher or experienced – both candidates are welcome
  • Immediate joiner preferred
