Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a seasoned senior financial manager to lead our project finance strategy.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the financing strategy for solar projects, managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring timely financial closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project financing plans.
- Build and evaluate detailed financial models, including IRR, DSCR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis.
- Liaise with banks, investors, and credit rating agencies to secure project financing.
- Negotiate loan agreements and financial covenants.
- C coordinate with internal teams for financial due diligence and risk assessment.
- Monitor cash flow, loan compliance, and repayment schedules.
Requirements:
- MBA (Finance) or CA/CFA/ equivalent with strong financial background.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in renewable energy/power/infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
