Job Description

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences at our establishment. Your role will involve handling guest check-ins, verifying identities and forms of payment, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.

  • Process all guest arrivals, accurately capturing their requirements and preferences.
  • Set up accurate accounts for each guest, taking into account any special requests or needs.
  • Enter Marriott Rewards information to ensure guests receive the rewards they deserve.
  • Verify rates match market codes, documenting exceptions as necessary.
  • Secure payment prior to issuing room keys, adjusting billing as needed.
  • Compile and review daily reports, logs, and contingency lists to identify areas for improvement.
  • Complete cashier and closing reports, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide guests with directions and property information, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
  • Accommodate guest requests, liaising with relevant staff members as needed.
  • Follow up to ensure guest requests have been met, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None required.
