Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Tester with 5+ years of experience. If you're passionate about coding, problem-solving, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans using Apache JMeter.

Additionally, the Performance Tester will write and maintain custom scripts for performance testing scenarios, analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform testing and monitoring of applications running in Kubernetes clusters.

  • Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and performance metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems and microservices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Performance Tester, you should have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with JMeter for performance/load testing.
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python, Shell) for test automation.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficient in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Strong debugging skills to identify and fix performance issues.
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
