Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and managing high-risk transactions, as well as providing exceptional analytical and investigative skills to determine unusual or suspicious activity. The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and laws applicable to money laundering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Detect and prevent potential money laundering activities through meticulous analysis and investigation
  • Develop and maintain expertise in global anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and sanctions
  • Analyze and investigate complex financial transactions to identify potential risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective AML/CTF strategies are implemented
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices and regulatory updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting or law
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the APAC region
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
