Our company is seeking a seasoned Instrumentation and Control Systems Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the design, review, and implementation of complex instrumentation and control systems for power, water, and industrial projects. A strong technical background in PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and metering systems is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical meetings with clients and contractors, preparing minutes of meetings (MOMs), and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, control, and execute project design and review activities as per schedule and within budget;
  • Coordinate with other engineers internally to deliver output as per project schedule;
  • Interact with clients to comply with their requirements;
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet project and client requirements and are submitted with high-quality aspects;

Key Competencies/Skills:

Mandatory Skills:

  • C&I engineer with detailed knowledge and proven application in all general instrumentation and control designs pertaining to energy and industry domains including statutory aspects;
  • Strong technical background in Power, Water, and/or Renewable sectors;
  • Strong experience in field instrumentation, control, and automation systems of power and water industries;
  • Strong experience in reviewing interfaces with PLC, SCADA, DCS, and Metering Systems;

Qualifications:

For internal candidates:

  • A degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or Electronics Engineering is essential. A Master's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering is advantageous;
  • At least 12 to 15 years of proven industry experience in detailed design and consultancy of instrumentation and control systems;
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies is desirable;
