Job Overview:

Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed I&C system designs, control panel layouts, P&IDs, and loop diagrams using AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detailed Design Work: Develop accurate I&C/ELV/ICT drawings and models in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Instrumentation Design: Design instruments, control systems, SCADA, access control, CCTV, public address system, fire alarm system, and telecom networks for infrastructure, roads, and tunnels.
  • Engineering Solutions: Produce engineering solutions that consider cost, constructability, and sustainability.
  • Documentation: Create control narratives, operation/control philosophies, and cause & effect documents.

Requirements:

  • Education: BEng/BSc (Hon) or equivalent with 5+ years post-graduate experience.
  • Certification: Membership or working towards membership in a relevant professional body.
  • Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for instrument and ICT works.
  • Experience: Experience in detailed I&C system design (control panel layouts, P&IDs, loop diagrams).
  • Expertise: Expertise in designing solutions for pumping stations, treatment plants, tunnels, ICT works, and smart lighting.
  • Communication: Strong report writing skills.
