  • Contribute to employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Maintain records and assist with policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and management on day-to-day operations.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement).
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
