Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced talent acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment processes in a Global Capability Center (GCC) / Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions, partnering with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement, ensuring quality hiring outcomes.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights, driving employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines.
  • Deploy psychometric and technical assessment tools to support fair and effective selection, implementing and enhancing recruitment automation / AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC/shared services setup, with a proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools, strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms, experience in campus hiring and early talent programs, familiarity with recruitment automation / AI-enabled tools.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage, enabling professionals to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
