About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Lead Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator. This role is a key part of our Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team, and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional support and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the performance and overall effectiveness of the team, as well as cross-group administrative operations.
  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Commercial Banking Portfolio Management.
  • Review credit information of loans for companies and industries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, generate status reports for management or bankers, and contact available sources of information.
  • Perform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation.
  • Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day work leadership and mentorship to the team.
  • Lead or contribute to the implementation of new or revised processes and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to the immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management on a wide range of information.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in Credit and mostly Commercial lending. Credit products, loan documents, financials.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with good comprehension and business writing skills.
  • Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work on multiple processes.
  • Ability to set priorities and deliver tasks within stipulated timelines.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in a shifting schedule depending on business needs.
