We are looking for an individual with experience in NOC supporting international customers and excellent English speaking and writing skills. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role for at least 5-10 years and possess Microsoft Certified Qualifications. The position requires flexibility, including working on-call on a rota basis, and the ability to work extra hours as required.
