segment

C&P business unit. Mission is to triple the business in next three years.

 To define/implement processes in line with business needs.

 To create a vision & strategy for the C&P in the organization in line with set goals.

 To ensure implementation of the strategy across the region.

 Understand the nuances of Schenck products & technology in collaboration with

internal experts

 Gain an in-depth knowledge of the business of the organization (will be supported

through adequate training by the organization)

 Understand internal and external environment dynamics affecting the business.

 Ensures the required transparency in his market territory (market potential,

competitor activities, customer trends, etc.)

 Ensures an efficient customer support in his market territory.

 Develops, including in-house and external specialists, customised concepts and

ensures an effective project and quotation preparation as well as conducts sales

negotiations.

 Ensures a complete information transfer to the engineering project manager (HOM)

 Develop and expand the Schenck market presence. Define Go TO market strategy

for the C&P business and support.

 Implements the sales targets of the company in the market territory.

 Submit quotations and contracts in line with organisation directives.

 Support the region with implementation of lead generation activities through both

digital and conventional ways.
