Job Description

This is a senior business analyst position responsible for managing junior business analysts and performance development management of the business analysts within the BA function.

The primary focus will be on requirement gathering, analysis, process improvement, data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in resource management, coaching, mentoring, and work activities of direct reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or related field.
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in resource management handling performance, development, coaching & mentoring, and work activities of direct reports.
  • Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Agile Analysis Certification (AAC).
