About the Role

This position involves leading outreach and mobilisation efforts across vocational institutes and clusters in Delhi NCR and target states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with training partners, principals, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute large-scale mobilisation campaigns to register candidates onto a platform.
  • Own the entire candidate funnel from initial outreach to placement handover.
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site drives and manage external mobilisers when required.
  • Conduct pre-screening, assessments, documentation verification, and ensure data quality.
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure smooth handovers and improve conversion rates.
  • Drive candidate engagement through orientation sessions, workshops, and regular communication.
  • Develop dashboards to track key metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements with training organisations and represent the organisation at local events.
  • Train and manage field teams, set targets, and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Capture feedback and insights to improve UX and mobilization strategies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in mobilisation, campus placements, or similar roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and existing contacts with ITIs, Polytechnics, TPOs, or NSDC/state skill councils are beneficial.
  • Proven track record of planning high-volume onboarding drives and events.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ATS tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic data dashboarding.
  • Good presentation and training skills.
