Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending appropriate solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering technologies, methodologies, and best practices. They will be able to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and apply their knowledge to drive process improvements.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
