Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven professional to spearhead our Fundraising and Investor Relations initiatives.

This role requires strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, stakeholders, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential investors for fundraising opportunities.
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage investor relations by regularly updating stakeholders on company performance and market developments.
  • Organize roadshows, investor meetings, and other engagement activities.
  • Prepare investment materials and monitor market trends.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, private equity, and corporate finance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools.
