The Candidate Support Specialist will be responsible for managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for solving problems. Proficiency in Google Sheets is a plus, but not required.
This role will play a crucial part in ensuring exceptional candidate experiences through effective communication and documentation. Key Responsibilities:- Be a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.

- Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
Shift Structure:
- 6-Day Workweek: This is a full-time internship where you'll work six days a week Monday-Saturday.
