In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, the role of a security operations specialist is more critical than ever. Tradeweb Markets is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our team of security operations engineers in providing 24x7x365 detection and response capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of a team of security operations engineers, ensuring they are equipped to handle complex security threats and incidents.
  • Development and implementation of mature processes to measure and enhance security performance across key objectives.
  • Participation in our technical incident response team, focusing on disk/memory forensics, log analysis, evidence handling, and formal report creation.
  • Collaboration with our Cyber Threat Intelligence teams to ensure operations engineers stay informed about current threat actor tools, techniques, and procedures.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with critical security vendors in local regions, ensuring they meet Tradeweb's excellence standards.
  • Training and mentoring security engineers in incident response, threat hunting, and security automation.
  • Building internal partnerships with key stakeholders, particularly in Compliance, Infrastructure, and Risk organizations.
  • Publication of relevant metrics, KPIs, and KRIs, as well as regular updates to senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of hands-on technical expertise and excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex issues in non-technical terms.
