About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Expert to lead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. As the primary technical expert, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing end-to-end data science projects that drive business outcomes.

This role combines expertise in machine learning with exceptional collaboration skills to design and deliver tailored data science solutions to our enterprise customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for our clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders from technical teams to executive levels
  • Design and develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications tailored to client use cases
  • Lead proof-of-concepts, pilot deployments, and production implementations while ensuring seamless integration with customer systems
  • Conduct data assessments, provide data science strategy recommendations, and guide clients through model lifecycle management
  • Mentor client teams and build internal data science capabilities through training and best practices sharing
  • Gather client feedback to enhance existing solutions and identify new product opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science with 2+ years in client-facing or consulting roles
  • Proven track record of delivering data science solutions in production environments

Technical Skills:

  • Programming: Advanced Python/R, strong SQL capabilities
  • Data Science Expertise: Deep learning, NLP, traditional ML algorithms, and generative AI/LLMs
  • Framworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, cloud ML services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Tools: MLOps platforms, data visualization tools, big data technologies
