Job Title: AI/ML Model Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to develop and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models with a focus on Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

  • The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable ML solutions using LLMs and RAG architecture.
  • They will implement and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms.
  • A strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, tokenization, and attention mechanisms is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop scalable ML solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architecture.
  2. Implement and optimize prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms.
  3. Develop APIs and services to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
  4. Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
  5. Evaluate and improve model performance and accuracy continuously.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including use of libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.) and RAG frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, tokenization, and attention mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
