About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. This is an onsite role for immediate joiners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models, working with LLMs, optimizing pipelines, and contributing to scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
  • Work on LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  • Optimize ML pipelines for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and product managers.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML and suggest improvements for implementation.
  • Conduct experiments, validate results, and integrate solutions into production.
  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve deployed models.

Required Skills

  • 3–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning large models.
  • Strong knowledge of ML pipelines, data preprocessing, and deployment frameworks (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Good understanding of software development practices, Git, CI/CD.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience in MLOps and model monitoring.
  • Exposure to vector databases and AI-driven search systems.
  • Prior work in enterprise AI projects.
