AI Application Engineer - Gen-AI Integration Specialist

We're seeking an AI Application Engineer to join our team and drive the integration of GPT-4 or Claude into our enterprise product stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prompt Strategy & Optimization: Develop and refine prompts for tone, style, accuracy, and robustness.
  • Evaluation Frameworks: Implement evaluation frameworks such as PromptEval, sampling prompt variations to derive performance distributions.
  • LLM Orchestration: Use LangChain (or similar) to orchestrate LLM workflows, handle chaining, agent logic, and prompt orchestration.
  • Rapid Feature Deployment: Ship GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent API–driven features via Python backends within agile product timelines.
  • Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with product managers, ML engineers, and backend teams to shape prompt-driven enterprise features.

Required Expertise:
  • Prompt Engineering Mastery: Nuanced craft of structure, style, tone, contextual framing—plus hands-on prompt versioning and prompt-engineering heuristics.
  • Evaluation Skillset: Experience with PromptEval or similar multi-prompt evaluation systems, self-consistency decoding, and chain-of-thought testing pipelines.
  • LLM-Oriented Dev: Solid LangChain (or equivalent) knowledge—prompt chaining, agent workflows, embeddings, orchestration.
  • Python Proficiency: Scripting, API services, backend architectures.
