We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our data science organization, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end machine learning projects and mentoring junior data scientists.

Your Key Responsibilities- Lead complex ML projects from research and experimentation to production deployment.
- Explore and implement state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI.
- Build and optimize deep learning and machine learning models for business challenges.
- Mentor junior data scientists to help them grow with impactful projects.
- 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles.
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications.
- Ability to convert theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
