AI/ML Solutions Architect

Job Description

We require a highly skilled professional with strong leadership skills to develop and implement AI/ML solutions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML projects and will be able to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge in AI/ML concepts, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, Topic Modelling, Time Series Analysis, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and drive business outcomes.
  • Evaluate and improve existing AI/ML models and workflows using Python and other relevant technologies.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in AI/ML and Data Science, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proven leadership experience as a Tech or Team Lead (2+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of Python, cloud infrastructure, containerization, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML-Ops Principles.
