Lead AI/ML Development:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules. Key responsibilities include building and scaling AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems, and architecting and deploying applications in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.

  • Create MVPs with scalable architecture and drive rapid feature iterations.
  • Mentor and manage a team of developers and interns.
  • Collaborate with founders, investors, and board members to align tech strategy with business goals.
  • Contribute to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • A proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productisation, Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs, and GCP services.
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative preferred.
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
