Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer Associate Analyst to join our team. As an integral part of our Quality Assurance (QA) Testing function, you will be responsible for ensuring on-quality and on-time delivery of test planning and execution activities.

The ideal candidate will possess methodical and inquisitive skills with a passion for quality. They will partner with their Scrum Team and business colleagues to ensure ongoing optimisation of our test automation capability in support of key strategic outcomes for the business.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver the QE Automation roadmap for each team.
  2. Build and maintain automation for critical and complex business applications.
  3. Create product understanding and automate testing for In-sprint and regression testing.
  4. Execute automation scripts and report bugs.
  5. Determine priority for test cases and create effective execution plans with maximum coverage.
  6. Participate in PI, Sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
  7. Track and report automation progress as per the plan.
  8. Develop skills in new automation tools to improve the automation penetration.
  9. Contribute towards implementation of new ideas and solutions.
  10. Mentor and develop junior resources.
  11. Adhere to the organisation's Quality Engineering best practices and help drive changes to achieve more efficiency.
